Flagship Leadership Program
Today's organizations face adaptive challenges: complex problems wrapped in shifting values, cultural resistance, and systemic complexity that no new software or process fix can solve alone. This 9-module intensive moves your leaders from "Heroic Solvers" to "Strategic Mobilizers."
▶ Watch the Program OverviewLeaders often burn out attempting to solve "unsolvable" problems with technical tools, leading to stagnation, employee disengagement, and costly turnover.
The Adaptive Advantage equips leaders with a robust framework and practical tools to diagnose, mobilize, and sustain progress on adaptive challenges, building both organizational capacity for change and personal resilience for the leaders driving it.
"Most leadership programs teach you how to manage the status quo. We teach you how to lead when the status quo is falling apart."
This isn't another program. It's a developmental journey of the nine core competencies required to lead in this complex world full of uncertainty.

Phase I: The Diagnostic Phase
Focus: seeing the patterns that others miss.

Focus: engaging the system to take ownership of the challenge.
Phase III: The Intervention Phase
Focus: driving change while maintaining stability.
Every participant keeps a practical toolkit.
Alongside the 9 live sessions, participants work through The Adaptive Advantage workbook and AI role-play scenarios, leaving with a personal, practical toolkit for high-pressure environments, not just a certificate.

Julia Feng is Co-Founder of Positive Change Enablers. With more than two decades as an Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer, she has trained and coached senior leaders at organizations including Shell, Novartis, GSK, Sanofi, Merck, Ford, and Jollibee.
Julia holds an Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School and coaching credentials from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She is a Certified Practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry, certified in Advanced Applied Neuroscience, an Associate Executive Coach of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), and a Master Trainer of the Genos Suite of Emotional Intelligence tools. She is the author of two books: The Adaptive Edge and Guardians of Dream-seeking Garden.
The Adaptive Advantage isn't theory for Julia. In 2017, she left Shanghai, the city where she was born and grew up, and moved with her husband Ramil to Batangas City in the Philippines, where together they spent seven years transforming 5,000 square metres of idle land into their home and a regenerative farm. She used the same tools this program teaches (systems thinking, emotional literacy, reframing loss and resistance) on her own life first, before ever teaching them to a client. "I know exactly at what point people give up, and why they never start," she says. "I know how to work through the difficulty, because I have lived it."
