Positive Change Enablers ("PCE", "we", "us") is a coaching, training, and consulting practice based in Batangas City, Philippines. We respect your privacy. This page describes what information we collect when you visit positivechangeenablers.com, what we do with it, and the choices available to you.
Information you send us. When you fill out the contact form on this site and tap Send, your email application opens with the message ready to send to us. Once you send it, we receive your name, email address, the reason you selected, and the message you wrote. We also receive any further messages you choose to send by email.
Information collected automatically. This is a static website. PCE does not set tracking cookies, run analytics scripts, or operate advertising pixels on these pages. Your web browser communicates with our hosting provider (HostGator) and with Google Fonts to load the typefaces used on the site; those services may record standard server information such as your IP address and browser type. We do not have access to that data in identifiable form.
We use the information you send us only to read your message, respond to you, and continue any conversation you start with us. If you become a client, we use it to deliver the services you have asked for.
We never sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We may share it with a small number of trusted collaborators (for example, an associate coach working alongside us) only as needed to serve you, and only with your knowledge.
We keep correspondence for as long as is reasonable for an ongoing relationship or for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, except where we are required to retain something for legal or accounting reasons.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and equivalent laws that may apply where you live (such as the GDPR in the European Union or the CCPA in California), you have rights to access, correct, and erase your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email julia@positivechangeenablers.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
