Our History
How It All Began
In 2005, Julia and I launched Executive Learning Center (ELC) in Shanghai, China. ELC designed, developed and delivered leadership development programs to help improve the individual, the team and organizational performance of our clientele.
ELC immediately gained the respect and acceptance of large multinational companies operating in China such Continental Corp., Umicore, Johnson & Johnson Medical and many more. Having committed ourselves to a very high level of professionalism, hard work and innovation, ELC became one of the best training and consulting companies in China.
Move to the Philippines
In 2017, we relocated in Batangas City, Philippines. With our passion in learning and development, we continued to engage in organizational development through Positive Change Practitioners, Inc. Julia has become an established Executive Coach & Leadership Development Facilitator while I focused on Team Development and Negotiation Skills.
How's it Going
Today, we are Positive Change Enablers helping individuals realize their dreams and helping organizations achieve their business aspirations. We develop change makers. We help them identify the essential elements that will help them realize their goals. And finally, we develop their planning and execution skills to deliver the outcomes they desire.
